Above and beyond

Today I undertook the longest walk I’ve managed for a couple of weeks. I made it to the neighbouring ward, which felt like an achievement, even though the surroundings were decidedly grey, brown and icy. I also managed to hoover, which represents a real breakthrough in upper body movement. Let’s hope this is an end to bouts of spasming.
