My little band of budgies are moulting so much at the moment - there is a huge covering of feathers all round the cage every morning. I usually keep the long ones and hoover up all the little fluffy ones, but this one stood out on it's own, and when I picked it up I realised it is one of the face feathers that gives the budgie it's facial spots - so sweet.
