Rural rust

A 5 mile walk today, which is the longest we’ve done for a while. It was bitterly cold still but at least the ground was frozen so we weren’t trudging through all the mud. Warm ginger cake and custard when we got back, and a few hours on the sofa with a hot water bottle to warm up again!

Evening spent watching a French film which was in the BFI subscription - making the most of the free trial. The Belle Époque - good film once you got past the confusing first part.
