Made these this morning.... a Tiramisu for myself and Trifle for the hubby.....!

I am finding these constant ‘same thing every day’ days very hard to cope with at the moment...I would so love to be able to go out to a lovely restaurant and be cooked a beautiful meal by someone else..!!!...I love cooking and I love my kitchen but I am getting mighty tired of the repetitiveness of everything This Is Just A Rant.....
I need to count all the things that I am grateful for and they are many..!!
At least we got out for a walk today when the rain eventually stopped...it was milder and we even had some sunshine..!!
