Red Camellia

my mission today was to photograph the old decommissioned water tower that served florence when it was a tiny town.

i happened upon this overgrown camellia hedge in early bloom along a fence before venturing into the tower site where i took most of my photos.

in the end i went back to this for its blipping touch of red.
