The no-longer new normal?

I have never been a great one for ordering clothes on-line. What to do if it doesn't fit or isn't quite as one expected? (Return it obviously!) This order is a breakthrough for me. I have ordered two sizes knowing that one (or even both) will be going back.
Now I have got into this mind set I suspect that a lot of my future shopping may be done this way.
