Here’s one I didn’t prepare earlier

In lockdown last year, I thought I might do a bit of baking for a change and amassed a goodly amount of ingredients for it.
Unfortunately this virtually coincided with Mr. Beewatcher’s decision to lead a healthier life, part of which meant greatly reducing his intake of carbohydrates.
Baking for one isn’t much fun, and my skills aren’t really good enough to give the results away to anybody. I’ve been home-made cakeless for quite a while now.
That might change since the brochure from a well-known northern baker’s dropped through the letterbox today. One of their products really caught my eye.
