Valentine’s Day

Wasn’t feeling well on Sunday , feeling dizzy , tired so I’m writing this the next day.
Andy and I had a video call and opened our valentines cards together . I got a message from Laure , from the French police drama Spiral I my card. We both love Spiral .

I joined 2 lovely online events . In the morning a Satsang with Swami Nishchalanada , with an appreciation meditation and in the evening I joined a mantra group chanting a loving kindness mantra in Sanskrit. It was beautiful.

I had bought myself this orchid a few days ago to beautify the living room.
