Sweet Treat

This was one of 2 cookies that another friend posted to me as a surprise. 

Today I returned to work after a mixture of annual leave and sickness. In total I've been off work for over a month so returning was a bit of a shock to the system. 

My back is improving but I'm still not 100% so I'm gradually increasing my hours and trying to take it easy but that is not really in my nature. I need to be sensible and look after myself though. 

I came home, had a cup of tea, ate my yummy cookie and promptly had a nap. It is going to be an early night for me tonight.
