Jasmine in bud

Today winter has truly set in... Yesterday's pouring rain continued most of the night, giving way to hail, sleet and light snow this morning, with a howling gale. I had to rescue a few pots that had blown over and some into the road, and the balcony chair which had blown down the steps. The snow wasn't enough to settle at all though, unlike Northern Evia where they've got over a metre of snow and in places no power due to fallen trees and power lines.
I went for a brisk walk round the village and spotted this jasmine bush covered in buds... obviously tricked into thinking it's spring by the previous spell of mild weather.
I made a big pot of thick bean and vegetable soup for supper.
