Lunchtime stroll

I enjoyed a lovely lunchtime stroll today. It was dry, not too cold, there were no lane spanning puddles to tiptoe through and there were lots of spring flowers and buds to admire.

It was so nice after the recent wet and cold weather.

I got Leo to try on his school trousers and decided to play it safe and order a new pair ready for school reopening. He should then make it through to the summer as he has a couple of other pairs that are ok and I can retire the ones that a very short and clingy and likely to split at any moment!
