A Hole Load of Trouble!

During my lunchtime walk I came across a small problem... It seems that part of the riverside walkway disappeared into the river yesterday!

Unusual given that the river levels have been down with the unusually dry spell we've been having. My personal opinion is a drain has been leaking beneath the ground and opened up a sink hole.

Workmen are looking into it...
