Wet slushy day. I made cookies in the toaster ovens who knew you could do that? The toaster oven has settings for toasting and broiling and baking!! Also used the bottom of one of our numerous spring form cheese cake pans. Perfect fit. Used to make lots of cheesecake so always buying different sizes of pans. TJ Max usually had them on sale. Anyway it worked beautifully. The time in baking is longer than is needed so you need to adjust that setting. You also cannot use parchment paper
