Unsightly

Ive lived on the Henge for several years now. And this is the first time I have ever seen any rubbish dumped. I duly took it to the recycling site. Other news i am in a really good place with my sleep pattern now, early to bed early to rise. I get my depot injection on Thursday this week and instead of the CPN giving it to you, it is 2 nurses Karen and Emma they are both very good at it Karen being the best. I get it on my left hand side this fortnight and then on my right. With getting an injection so regularly it is very important that it is done on opposite sides as the skin would harden up other wise. Valentine's day was lovely Purpleperon gave me a single red rose and a huge bar of chocolate and I gave her 12 red roses in a lovely vase. Hope use all had a great day. And special birthday wishes goes to Bb today. Many many happy returns. X
