Amaryllis Again

Your going to see lots of this as I enjoy using the new-to-me-Sony lens

I've sent 4 e's to MPB, made 2 phone calls requesting call back : no response so far. This morning I did an on-line exchange with a MPB worker.
The lens was returned with no lens cover and broken. She said "we'll look into your missing accessory " I replied : lens covers are not an accessory and what about the broken lens. She's told me that she'll have to speak to management.  Do I said.
This saga will continue.
