Bread made in bread maker.the first loaf I made on Saturday wasn't successful because the only flour that was available from my local shop was a cheap make.the next loaf I used Alison grain which turned out lovely.today I manage to get wessex white strong flour so again I am pleased with the results it does 3 sizes this one is medium.
