Another Birthday

Always glad to be around to celebrate another one!!  and even in these strange times I've had a lovely day. Cards, pressies,  beautiful flower bouquets and not one but two Birthday cakes - how lucky can one person be.  Lots of phone calls, even a facetime with friend from Sierra Leone;  doorstep drive byes and chats with friends, albeit socially distanced.  Daughter #1 came for lunch (she's in my bubble) really lovely to spend a little time with her, no chance of seeing #2 daughter, too far away but we've spoken and she sent me the most amazing bouquet of flowers, inspired and designed by 'Angel' Strawbridge from The Chateau (TV 's Escape to the chateau).

Mr HB is cooking dinner, looking forward to it ...........
