Well it's the thought

that counts!!

Pancakes are associated with Shrove Tuesday, the day preceding Lent, because they are a way to use up rich foods such as eggs, milk, and sugar, before the fasting season of the 40 days of Lent.


I bought this bottle last year with the plan to make little pancakes and icecream in the summer with my grandson.  Covid made that impossible and since the mixturw was in date I stuck to the spirit of the day and used it.


I am here to report they were a bit sickly but I'm probably not the target audience.
