Dynamic plank

Managed the 'dynamic plank' part of my gym programme for the first time today. Was my first session in a week, too, and I was there for 07:30 - mad!!

When I told BF, he called me a dynamic plank. Hmm.

Anyway, met a lovely baby called Seth on my break from study. Then spoke to supervisor and panicked about all the stuff I have to do to get dissertation proposal in by the 11th.

Suppose I'll just have to meet some friends for wine and tapas tonight to figure it out...
