Mud mud and more mud

This afternoon I went on a walk with Katie and the boys to Pugneys Country Park and we also walked up to Sandal Castle with some beautiful views over the area. The walk from the lake to the castle was SO muddy. Poor L fell over multiple times and me and Katie only had used tissues as a means to wipe some of the mud off him (oops!). The way back involved even more mud and wading through a stream - so glad I chose to borrow Peters wellies so I could carry the kids over without getting wet!

Thankfuls
- A fun castle to explore. The ruins were good fun to explore and quite impressive - the moat was full of huge icy puddles.
- Jelly beans found in a pocket to keep the boys going in the way back
- arriving home to dinner already in the oven
