Just a Wee Bit of Snow Remains

At least out here where I live...west of the City of Portland. I had to go into town today and was shocked at the amount of snow there...at least a foot of slushy mess. And so many people still without power. But the sun was shining today, and I took a good long walk in between meetings. What a joy to be outside! It feels like spring again!

Here's a sweet little primrose poking its pale yellow head out of a bit of crystal-like snow. It didn't get much sun today, so one of the remaining few spots of snow. Let's hope that's the last of it!
