Deep Fried Mozzarella Sticks

Today included a trip to town for Lauralea who had an eye doctor appointment.

So we stopped in at the store for some groceries. And what was in the spot in Walmart where the MacDonalds used to be but a Burger King.

Now I’m not a big big fast food guy, but Burger King has become associated with our dating life because we didn’t have much money back then. So it still kind of has that place in our collective memory.

Seeing it today was a nice sort of surprise. We stopped in for a snack and I had these deep fried mozzarella sticks. Still fun after all these years.


Apparently Lauralea needs new glasses, again. Her eyes are changing quickly these days it seems. Kinda glad somethings stay the same, even mozzarella sticks!
