China Syndrome
I love the East Coast train journey southwards from Edinburgh. The East Lothian coastline past Dunbar and downwards into Northumberland is quite beautiful.
There are great landmarks: Berwick upon Tweed; Lindesfarn; Banbury; Durham and its cathedral; Newcastle and the Angel of the North.
Yesterday I captured as my blip the sun bursting above the Torness Nuclear Power Station. If you take this journey, check out how well the colour of this building blends in against the East Lothian sky. It is almost camouflaged! It took a long time to develop exactly the right paint hue to achieve this.
