Silver birch

The beautiful silver birch glowing in the afternoon sun.

Had my appraisal at work today - fairly big waste of time really. Raised some points though that may get resolved.
Biggest joke - they now ask you to fill in a 'snapshot profile' which is a bit like the questions a children's magazine might ask a celebrity! The final straw was the question that asked 'What is your most treasured possession that you would bring in for a Show&Tell?'
Ffs (excuse my language) I am a 61 yearold part time care giver who has worked for the company for 4 years just needing a little extra money until I can fully retire, not a primary school child and not a celebrity :O
