2243. All Manual February 17/Joe Tree Day!

I probably stretched the brief for Joe Tree day a little but this is an image of my current family tree and these people often feature in my journal so I thought it might do the trick.

Had my chiropractor appointment first thing but my back has been playing up a bit so it was most welcome.  Walked too far yesterday as my limit should be 15,000 steps if I don’t want to suffer with pain from my arthritis the next day and I did 18,000 steps so should have known better!

Also managed to get a telephone GP appointment really easily so shouldn’t need to speak to her again for another month, assuming things continue to improve.
