I thank the Lord I'm Welsh!

Dydd Gwyl Dewi Hapus / Happy St. David's Day!!!!!

Every day when I wake up, I thank the Lord I'm Welsh!

To celebrate I shall be mostly consuming Welsh cakes, cawl and tonight to give my potato mash a Welsh flavour I shall be adding gently sautéed leeks to the mix.

I do miss not having a half day like in school, hopefully one day we'll be granted a Bank Holiday to celebrate our Patron Saint's day.
