Potato

It's the first day of lent and all I had to do is buy another sweet something at the bakery today.
It's a Pälzer Grumbeer = pfälzische Kartoffel = palatinate potato. A choux pastry filled with cream. 1000 calories.

The extra was taken by my Italian colleague's uncle yesterday in Italy - Mount Etna. I was very impressed; I have to post it here. Of course I got permission to do so.
