a quiet day....yesterday i did 5827 steps....this morning was my friends and i zoom meeting which was a wonderful time....
this afternoon i heard  that mum will move to the dementia home friday or monday.....tomorrow they will be sure which day..... my heart hurts that i cannot be with her to help her to adjust......my dear niece will do that if it’s friday as there is holiday....

later i swapped  my chairs round because my hip hurts when i get up after a while in the checked chair.....it was a tough job because the other chair has elephants feet to raise it.......but it got done....
