Morning, Noon and Night

There's no escape from work these days, other than a power ramble at lunchtime.  Up early, working late seems to be the norm these days and I still can't achieve everything that I need to.  An immovable deadline on Friday is looming and time is rapidly running out.  The candle burns both ends.

Was supposed to be transplant clinic today but they didn't want me in the hospital because of COVID, so I got sent to my local health centre for a blood test.  Don't quite know what happened but it wasn't as efficient as I was expecting considering the situation.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A lengthy power ramble and good conversation
2.  A delicious salmon and potato bread tea
