Just a small one

Lunch at mums, so as I’m driving I just had a small gin with dinner. Still feeling rubbish so didn’t stay long and anyway mums friend was coming to stay with her for the looming lockdown.

I’m posting this almost two months later and can say he’s still there but it has been so much better for both of them. They spent most of last year apart, which I never understood, so I’m pleased they decided to bubble up this time. The health of both of them has been so much better, except for my mum having a mouth infection. It would really have got her down if JC wasn’t there, for which I’m very grateful.
