Zoom meetings from 9 until 3 are so taxing. My brain is frazzled and my body stiff from sitting so long. They are effective and for us worthwhile but there is also a need for sometime to just stop for a moment and take time to absorb all that has been spoken about.

For me it was an hour's walk in the setting sun along the canal that finally brought some clarity back to my mind and energy into my body...
