Lunch break

Today I forced myself to leave my desk and go for a walk. I am gradually returning to work after being off with a bad back. Today was lots of meetings so it was very good to get out and move but also have a bit of a screen break. 

I got a bit wet on the way back to the office but I was still very pleased I'd been out.
