Still here...!

Keston Ponds wouldn’t feel right without the ice cream van. It’s been there as long as I can remember and today delivered a delicious hot chocolate drink. Ice cream and hot dogs were on offer too but hot chocolate was my preference.

After my awful day yesterday we headed out soon after breakfast. It was drizzling but no matter; out we were going and the drizzle soon cleared up to just being damp. A wonderful walk through woods along very muddy footpaths did the job. We clocked up nearly 8 miles! It’s half term and we saw several families taking a well deserved break from home schooling. Bubble picnics looked great fun.
