Bagels

Not sure why I’ve never eaten a bagel. I offered to shop for friends today and bagels were on the list, I got to the bakery section, no bagels, in the packaged aiseI found bagels, 5 different flavours of bagels, none of which looked very appetising to me. My 14 informs me you can get non American bagels, which are like hot cross buns without the raisins, and with a hole in the middle. You’re never too old to learn, I’m off to look up bagel recipes.
