Smile!

Today is National Random Acts of Kindness Day! I didn’t know it was until the lovely Helen came to donate blood in Failsworth. She gave Elle a bunch of flowers whilst she was being screened and then later she gave me a beautiful bunch of roses. We both had huge smiles after such a kind act and it made me feel lovely. It is the little gestures that keep us all going at the moment. Thank goodness for people like Helen.
