Weed Eater

We have some milfoil growing in our lake.  This mechanical weed eater supposedly will take the tops of the weeds and reduce its growth. 


However, I am not convinced that it does in fact retard weed growth.  


It is starting to warm up and today we got above freezing ...4C.  Feels great.
