Macaroons, not macaroni!

Is what Fiona was making when she lost track of time on Tuesday.....but wed is good.   Darn message spelling.   Just now realized this is winter break!   Normally they’d probably come up to the island.   Chocolate macaroon with maple syrup frosting... for cocoa and maple.
We had a nice long talk about all the stuff she makes and read our nook... we are in suspense.. 42 pages and 4 chapters to go.   And THEN we tried to learn to knit with some yarn we brought over there and a few select videos.   It’s so frustrating... I want to just show her from 1 ft away..I know she’d get  It. 

Extra.  This little boy is still loving to come check out the dinosaurs etc.. the snow was too deep for him but he’s back... and there’s a new snake.
