Abstract Thursday

Ingeborg has suggested shapes for the AT challenge. Here is my latest crocheting project, something different. Some people love the bright colours and others are not too sure. I’m not doing it for anyone in particular but wanted to learn some new stitches. The white border is a ribbed effect which was easy but each row was only 8 stitches wide so a bit slow. You then change directions for the main body of the blanket.

I mowed the lawns today and Bob is preparing the caravan to take it to have a heater installed. We haven’t had it out since our trip away to Tasmania in April 2019. It has many cobwebs under it but it’s nice and clean inside. We hope to take it away for a couple of nights to check everything is running well, then a trip to Canberra in late March with the relatives.
