Nate Dog

Nate is one of my Trainees, he's not a bad bugger and a lot better than some young workers we have had in the past. He's keen to learn and have a go. The good thing I know is he will do a good job, because working with me he won't have any choice. Since taking over my role as a Foreman, Trainer and soon to be Registered Assessor It now feels like I am one step forward and two back. Things will settle down soon.
