One Central #2

So, today was the day for G to get her first vaccine. We got to the place with plenty of time to spare to find out that only the person with an appointment is allowed in so I waited downstairs (my blip).

G messaged to say her BP was very high and she had to sit for 20 minutes for it to normalise. By the time her wait was over, she had another nurse who deemed her BP still too high, so she rescheduled to next Thursday. Argh! If they had better signage giving clear directions to where to go, it would have avoided a 20-minute walk in the sun which contributed to her raised BP.

Oh well, we just went on to the next thing which was a picnic lunch by the sea (my extra).

No AWANA today on account of half term. T@3 was good and in between that and another quick Zoom call with Gladson to chat about him leading next week's AWANA session, we had dinner. No TV either all evening - it was actually really nice. I spent some time looking up jobs on a website and was shocked by the salaries being offered. G & I had a few laughs at some of the posts.
