Racing Towards The Puddles.

After dancing, Mia insisted on leaving her dancing clothes on.

So, in a break in the weather she asked if we could go for a walk.

So, off we went, still in her dancing clothes, and wearing a pair of shoes which are too big.  (Hers are now too small!)

She took her Barbie doll, and stopped at every puddle, so Barbie could have a paddle.

Eventually, the puddles got bigger, and the temptation to stomp in them was too much.

It was nice and warm, so I just let her get as wet as she wanted.  By the time we got home her shoes and socks were saturated.  But her dance clothes were still clean and dry.

Which is more than can be said for my shorts and shoes!

The only puddle I wouldn't let her go in was the one at the playground ( see extra.)
