Fradley again

Rain was forecast so I tried to get a short walk in before it started. It was a little bracing as I walked round Fradley Pool twice.

Robins were friendly and posing, and three swans have arrived. There was, however, no sign of the kingfisher. A keen young man, with his dad, had come early, armed with his camera. I do hope he was luckier than I was as he was hoping for a shot of the majestic bird  perching. 

It’s gloomy still, but spending time in the natural world lifts the spirits.
