Breakfast...

... for the birds. Mine was, fortunately, less wormy. Dried mealworm on the mesh ground feeder which I keep well off ground level. I put some out each morning. There's a robin tucking in now as I blip and the worms are much loved by a great variety of garden birds. Only the finches seem to ignore them. They won't last long. Not a pretty blip but an opportunity to give it a go with the Olympus.

It's so wet today that I haven't yet left the house. Thank goodness for waterproof overtrousers which I'll need later when I go out for my walk. Meanwhile it's time to make cheese scones.

Friday again. This has been a particularly quiet week and I foresee a similarly quiet weekend. Wishing everyone a happy time.
