BUA D046 Carnage

I manged to hurt my back / stomach / core muscles yesterday, doing nothing more than an easy 3 mile run, and have really been struggling with sitting at my desk today. It's not often I give in but this afternoon I had to call it a day and duck out of work early.

Oddly standing up is ok but sitting is agony.

I went for a walk to loosen up and found these emergency roadworks causing complete carnage. The road is the main one between one side of town and the other and the traffic is all going down the side roads, which are full of parked cars. Luckily my road is a bit too far away and doesn't really go anywhere.

I hope they fix the burst pipe soon.
