I think this image captures the chill of the day and the rain and sleet that seemed to blast  through every hour. As if to echo this chill, a ghostly Arctic Glaucous Gull drifted past.
Amazing how the profile of the beach has changed in the last week with a huge amount of sand disappearing from the bit we walk on.
