Twelve Weeks?

Not likely!  I had fond (and overly optimistic) ideas of learning Scottish Gaelic during holiday in Scotland, spending a week on Lochinver in a cabin overlooking the water.  What could be difficult about that?

Well, the pronunciation, for a start.  I managed to buy this book without the CDs that contained demonstrations of the sounds and it was impossible.  I now have a secondhand edition with the CDs, but I've not had time to apply to it.

But I'm not giving up . . .
