Baking Brownies

It's not often I bake, but I decided I wanted to start doing some Vegan baking. Brian's quite a fussy eater and Zeph's not a big fan of sweet stuff, so if I bake it has to be something Grace can/will eat too or I have to devour the lot!

I am quite happy with how these have turned out - I haven't tried one yet but I did eat some of the bits that fell off or were stuck to the parchment as I cut them up and they are delicious! And Vegan!

Other than baking I've organised and sent out a mammoth amount of post and walked loads including into town. ( I didn't take my camera as I'd already decided to Blip the brownies!) Also I seem to have spent a ridiculous amount of time washing pots!
