Sometimes things just don't go right. I bought this Cinzano ash tray on eBay for my collection. Sent from France and badly packed, it arrived like this. Emailed the photo to the seller who immediately returned my money so the system works. Shame about the ashtray...it was a good one. I'll find another. C'est la vie.
