Beans & Greens

I'm aiming to eat more beans and greens. I had a frugal shopping trip. Bought a reduced Savoy cabbage, and then at the refill shop got about 100g each of aduki, cannellini and blackeye beans. Now to find out whether any of them trigger my IBS. I hope not. 

I have to say this lunch with baked beans and sprouted chickpeas was surprisingly pretty, and tasted good too. Raw savoy cabbage takes a lot of chewing!
