Valentine's

It's been eight years, three months, and twenty-four days, by my reckoning. And no medal required!

The eagle-eyed amongst you might spot the print underneath the card, which is by Mick Turner, who as well as being the guitarist in Dirty Three, is a wonderful artist. A guitartist, if you like. (Sorry)

Now, I find hard enough to write about music, which is something I at least know a bit about, so I'm not going to embark on trying to talk about Turner's art except to say how much I love it and that it reminds me of van Gough in its apparent simplicity.
